Haanism

I went to the paddy field again today, bringing along my camera. Actually I've done some shootings in the morning, but I just felt I wanted to muck around the area again. Still in the vast and greenish paddy field but taking other lanes.

The water level was high. I saw some people swimming and playing happily in the river. I was thinking, hmm... it's good to take some snaps but would they mind?

Out of expectation, they welcomed my arrival and shooting very much. They posed for me! When I left, they waved and said bye to me. I was so glad! Anyway, to the observer who said "it's gonna be published in the paper", I feel sorry to him because I'm just a lousy person who takes photos that are not qualified for newspapers.


Seeing them, again I knew that, happiness can be very simple.

And again, I wonder if I'm a complicated person?

When arriving home, I recalled that when I told my colleague something last week, he advised me to spend the weekend to think through. His sentence ended with "without your camera".

To the colleague, here's my apology. I forgot the last three words till it's too late to press the Rewind button.

An innocent look. When I asked him to smile, he swam away with shy smiles on face.

Thanks to these friendly guys! They spread their happiness to me.

They were like kids, pushing each other and see who falls into the water first.
