Daily Virgo Horoscope (5 May 2008): If the weekend has left you or a close relationship feeling a little tattered, remember this; all is not lost. Honestly. There have indeed been some close shaves and difficult wrangles for you to get through. Hopefully you didn't let the dramas totally get the better of you.
Also hopefully, you're now starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. There is no conspiracy. The Universe is not out to get you. Relax a little and see if things start to fall back into place. They will, soon enough, one way or another.

On the way driving to the company this morning, I heard about the discussion on travel consent on women.
* Read Proposal to protect ‘fly alone’ women: Have letter will travel
Had a quick glance on the news heading on the newspapers, but didn't wish to read the details yesterday. It's a truly annoying news. Honestly, it's very unlikely that I become so concerned with the news, however, it's kinda different this time, COZ IT AFFECTS ME!
If it really happens, it'll speed myself up to leave this country. It's meaningless living like this.
At the same time, I appreciate the objecting feedback on the matter:
1. Travel consent plan slammed
2. If they're of legal age, they've right to travel
Be ready for the worst, hope for the best. This is what I can tell myself.

Why does Malaysia have so many ministers who have weird thinkings?
Can enter for Guinness World Records d... Most number of ministers who speak before they think...
Ok, so he means well, but can't he find another way to help the women? Is this the only way? Or is it that he just thought about it, then submitted the proposal immediately without considering any other solutions?
@_@
maybe just a means to get attention! hopefully so!! this kind of thing doesn't need thorough consideration :) or maybe they are not able to do so. lets pity them!
our leaders like to thunk outside the box ma, only this time very far out lo. but don't worry la, they thunk thunk only, seldom move their precious behind to do it one.
LOL, I believe they know that Malaysian are stressed up by work therefore they purposely release this "funny" statement to make people laugh...
If this is the case, everyone below 30 cannot ride motorcycle, since they have the potential to be Mat Rempit, striking terror in the hearts of the public.
It's just plain stupid!
agree a lot of ppl are just hogging the limelight making weird remarks & statements like these...
hope they just THUNK without doing. this morning heard from radio that it applies to those under certain age, and not only woman. THUNK another thing now!!
Mat Rempit, apa tu?
sorry I'm plain stupid with Malay too :)
they can hog the limelight in a smarter way, i believe. but can't require much la.
It's truly annoying....travel will become suffering not enjoying then.
According to wikipedia, A Mat Rempit is a Malaysian term for 'an individual who participates in illegal street racing'.
I was literally laughing my ass off when I saw this on the news. No way the proposal from this dinasour of the past minister would hold water in the current world.
ooh.. next time i will go google or wikipedia first before asking a question 0_0
lets see what happens to this proposal then..
