After mucking around Sg Lembing for photography purpose, people had started to feel hungry.
I called back to the rest house, asking the rest to prepare themselves for dinner (some were still sleeping), then 4 of us (Andrew, Ivy, Jamie and I) drove a car to look for the famous roasted pork.
From the map, looks like the place is not far. But the locals said it'd take long to walk there. In fact, there is also a place selling roasted pork on the main street, but we didn't see it open. Moreover, we were told that both are not same. The one we looked for was previously recommended in TV program.
The place is just a simple residential.
The roasted pork, RM28 per kilogram (if memory serves me right).
The pork was roasted in the "hole" surrounded by bricks..
that's why it's called 砖窑烧烤的烧肉
Jamie and our food that night :)
If you are interested to try, pay a visit there at night. Apart from roasted pork, there is also Char Siu.
Andrew was paying, and we tried a few slices just after he paid... oh sooooo yummy!!!
dang dang dang dang... tempted to try?
Among two, my vote goes to the previous Char Siu, although this is also nice.
For your information, 12 of us consumed RM48 for just pork!! Isn't that amazing?
Without delaying, we headed back to the town center to meet the others. We planned to have dinner at the famous Hoover Restaurant (豪华中餐饭店), but it was full!! We intended to wait but they didn't even have a table for us.
So we walked away with disappointment.

The auntie at the nearby hawker center asked us to sit down. We ordered some simple meals, and ordered take away from the Hoover Restaurant.
The Singapore-style fried Bee Hoon.. not nice.. not many places can make this meal nice - I don't really understand why.
Sambal fried kangkong.
Taufu...
Fried fish with mango... taste like Thai-style.
Overall, the 3 take away orders costed only RM29.
After dinner that night, we went back to rest house, had some chats, then went to sleep. There would be more activities on the next day, which started with climbing up the Panorama Hill.
