Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa
Today is the earliest day in this week that I arrive home. For the past 4 days, it was always after 9:30pm.
Mon - Finished meeting only at 10:30pm.
Tue - Reached home at 11pm, coz car broke down and an unavoidable dinner due to following other's car back.
Wed - Badminton day. Finished the last match after 9pm.
Thu - Reached home around 12am.
I've not been so for quite some time, coz I'm no longer very young and energetic :(
Yesterday's late arrival was due to watching the movie Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa at Sunway Pyramid, together with my fellow colleagues.
I'm definitely not a movie person (just a Hong Kong series person). I've not watched a movie in cinema for 14 months. The last time was on 22/9/07, watching Ratatouille. I still remember when my truly treasured good friends told me we were going to watch an animation, my response was: "Huh? Are you sure? I'd fall asleep watching that wor..."
Luckily, I eventually had fun watching that. Good laugh and no complain after the session.
That day, my colleague surface threw me a word 'Madagascar' via messenger. Shame to say, I never get to know this word/place (not economically independent to travel to Africa yet so never check out about the land). Then he told me a group of colleagues were going to watch this movie and asked if I'm interested to join.
Honestly, till I saw the title, I didn't know what movie I was going to watch. Others settled everything and I just met Kian Seng after work, hopped on to his car and followed him. Actually it was almost the same everytime, coz it's very unlikely that I'd initiate a movie session.
When the movie started, I saw very amazing scene of Africa (though not the real panorama). Felt like watching Lion King many years ago. There were several good laughs throughout the 1.5 hour.
However, was a bit awkward (those know me well would have discovered) coz am still not very familiar with all the colleagues, hence not talking a lot (normally I'm the one creating the most fun to others). Moreover, I didn't really go out with the younger people all this while.
Am not sure of their ages, but at least I know FL, KS and TT are all "youngsters", compared to me :)

How to define "young and energetic"?

The penguins are truly "creative" in hijacking visitors' cars to rebuild their Penguin Airlines. Thinking back now, could still have a laugh in heart!

Gloria, the hippo, met her first date Moto-Moto. Later, only she found that the most desired one is already with her, loving her, taking good care of her. 
There is always a bad character somewhere. No exception for this movie. He was under the strategy of "kill someone using other's knife" (借刀杀人) by Alakay. 
The zebra, Marty, always thought she's unique enough, till she met the troop of zebras, who seem to have similar capability just like her.
